Victoria Moseley is a Case Management Nurse with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, working with a program that assists pregnant and postpartum individuals with their care needs while addressing barriers to care with an aim to improve health equity.

Victoria is a MBA graduate student at the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University in Philadelphia, with a concentration in Corporate Sustainability & Social Impact. Victoria earned her Bachelor of Nursing Science from Rutgers University in 2018.

Victoria is a member of the Nurses in Sexual and Reproductive Health (NSRH), the Alliance of Nurses for Health Environments (ANHE), Clinicians for Climate Action New Jersey (CCANJ), the Central Jersey Family Health Consortium (CJFHC) and the Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative.

Victoria has a professional interest in reproductive justice, healthcare sustainability, low-carbon healthcare delivery, and the impact of climate change on health outcomes.
