Virginia Tesser

As Senior Engagement Manager, Virginia Tesser oversees our membership engagement and development work and ensures that our diverse multi-stakeholder members are engaged in all aspects of our work. She leads our membership ambassador program, keeping members informed of Quality Institute work and opportunities. Virginia also works on our Mayors Wellness Campaign, spearheading the annual Healthy Town sponsorships.

Prior to joining the Quality Institute, Virginia worked in New Jersey state government in the Office of Constituent Relations for two administrations and as the Assistant Director of Compliance and Information with the Election Law Enforcement Commission.

Virginia received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English from the College of New Jersey.
