In partnership with you, our members, we will end 2022 with significant impact and achievements.
We brought together many of you to craft recommendations and policy change in the areas of primary care, including maternal infant health, small employer health insurance, and the health care workforce. Please read our reports on these issues, which will continue to be priorities for us in 2023. Our goal, as always, is to advance our mission to improve health care safety, quality, and affordability.
In 2022, we leveraged our relationships in New Jersey and national media to publish multiple guest essays on topics critically important to our members, such as the need for payment parity for primary care in Medicaid, and why public health and health care systems, especially primary care, must align and work more closely together. We argued for an evidence-based approach to expand and pay for telehealth, a mode of care we all know is here to stay.
Also, this year, we continued our popular Take Five feature interviews of people leading health organizations, running innovative programs, and providing thought leadership on how to improve our health systems.
In this last newsletter of 2022, we’ve curated our most read interviews, blogs, guest essays, and reports of the year — as well as assets that relate to the work we’ll prioritize in 2023.
