Purpose of the COYL Partner Meeting:
In recognition of National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD), this special COYL Partner Meeting will focus on Medical Aid in Dying (MAiD) in New Jersey.
New Jersey passed the MAiD law in 2019, becoming the 11th state to legalize medically assisted dying. Yet, even six years later, many—including health professionals—are unaware that MAiD is legal in NJ.
